From April 2023, we have a new banking partner, which means that our Sanlam Money Saver credit card banking details for EFT payments have changed.
Our banking details have changed for any account payments via EFT. See the new banking details below with changes highlighted in bold. These will also be included on your monthly statement:

Bank Account Number: NEW BANK ACCOUNT number found at the top of your statement.
Reference Number: NEW EFT BANK ACCOUNT number found at the top of your statement.
Please note that the new EFT bank account number, to be used for the bank account and reference numbers for EFT payments, will be available on your statement every month.
If payments are still made to the old bank account, you may experience some delays in refunds to your bank account. In this event, please ensure that you make payment into the correct account once the money has been refunded.
Debit order payments will remain in place, and you won’t need to make any changes to ensure monthly payments continue.
